Town & Gown was set up specifically to work with the student market. We understand the needs and problems of being a student tenant and will always go the final mile to try and ensure that your tenancy is smooth and with minimal problems and that at the end of the tenancy you either remain with us or leave with a full deposit.

Lists for the academic year usually open in early Jan and everything is done by email until you find a suitable property whereupon we will arrange to come and meet with you and spend about an hour explaining how things will work over the whole period of the lease.
